ABOUT STA
STA Project was founded with a simple yet powerful goal: to help people connect more deeply with the arts by sharing stories that resonate with everyone.
STA's mission has been to show how essential art is in our lives, and that purpose continues to guide everything we do. STA is a platform dedicated to creating and celebrating art in all its forms.
STA's vision is to bring stories to life through theatre, film, multimedia installations, and more. We also encourage and support solo projects, giving artists the freedom to express their unique perspectives through creativity and collaboration.
Over the coming months, we have some exciting projects lined up, such as a multimedia installation planned for Q2 2025 and a theatre performance scheduled for Q4 2025.
While these projects are currently in pre-production, we’re eager to collaborate with artists across Malaysia and are always here to support emerging talent.

FOUNDER OF STA
Liishvaar is the founder of STA Project, a platform created to celebrate the power of storytelling through theatre, film, and other creative mediums. As a Malaysia-based theatre and film professional, Liishvaar’s work is driven by a passion for authentic storytelling and a commitment to building a collaborative space for artists to share their voices.
With years of hands-on experience in theatre production, stage management, and theatremaking, Liishvaar blends technical know-how with a creative vision to bring stories to life. His background in Performing Arts from Sunway University, coupled with his work on productions around Klang Valley, has equipped him with the tools to lead this new initiative. While STA Project is still in its early stages, the platform reflects Liishvaar’s belief in the importance of art as a medium for connection and change.
As STA grows, Liishvaar aims to collaborate with emerging artists and support creative ideas that inspire audiences. Whether through small-scale productions or experimental projects, his goal is to nurture a community of artists who can explore, innovate, and share their unique perspectives.
